I cannot believe i have been back here in Thailand for 6 months already so im off to Kuala Lumpur this morning for a visa run.

Today i enjoyed celebrating the songkran festival which is basically a huge water fight. This is to celebrate the new year so happy new year everyone.

After a hard day of training i have decided to wait for the rain to stop.

Another sunday is here and its been a very hard week with both training and dieting so all i want to do today is have a nice relaxing day with a 2 hour massage. This is the best place in Chalong to get a massage, but trust me they are very strong.

I have actually gone to bangkok for a couple of days to meet some friends from the uk. But whislt being here i am still making sure i put the time in for training. Today i woke up and went for a 60 minute swim then finished with 100 press ups and 200 sit ups. [...]
