Today i have just signed a new sponsorship deal with Phuket pro nutrition. They are truely amazing they have everthing any sports person would need weather it be weight loss, weight gain and literally anything you reqiure to improve your performance.

Today im feeling great a little hungry but its going to happen. After having the zapper treatment today i had a few stomach cramp around 3pm.
